Really enjoyed out stay in Nov, this is the 3rd time in 2023 we have stayed here. Staff are superb friendly and very helpful. My mum (83 yrs old) stayed with us on a couple of days and the staff took care of her safety so well. We will defo be going back here. Location is ideal for shopping in TNagar, so many good shops are in walkable location. The spa members are very good too - the deco in the Spa rooms could be modertised; in need of renovation. The gym is small but was good for us, equiments are pretty new and well maintained. We recommend renting the car (5 seat Innova) from the hotel; our driver Vetrivel was so helpful and drove us around throughout our stay in Chennai. Highly recommend Vetri's driving so we will be requesting him as our driver during our next stay (i.e in 2024).

The location and the service. The facilities in the room were really top notch, including the tablet for control that actually worked quite well, and the well-appointed bathroom and toilet. We went for lunch at the rooftop restaurant SKY and had a mix of Asian and Indian items. The quality of the food and the taste were both exceptional, the ambience and the service were also excellent. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The staff at the reception were kind enough to hold a medication for us to be picked up by a friend two days AFTER our stay, very unusual and much appreciated.

The staff were courteous. The property was exceptionally clean. The stay was very comfortable. The controls of the room are remotely operated via i-pad, and all the services of the hotel can be accessed via I -pad, which makes it more comfortable and easier. The facilities in the room were exceptional.

The newly furnished hotel is a joy to stay. The staff were excellent and helpful like always. We were given a room to sleep in for a few hours before our room was ready which was really appreciated after a long haul sleepless flight from London. Zubair Khan went to great heights to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were looked after. We were also delighted to have been the guests at the Republic Day celebrations in the hotel and was impressed with the staff parade that took place. The highlight was the newly installed Japanese toilet which we were thrilled to use.

Truly a 5 star service and the hotel is extremely amazing, great in room dining, amazing breakfast, other facilities like airport drop off was super efficient. The driver from hotel airport drop off Mr. Bennet was an amazing person and provided great assistance, his work effort need to be appreciated by the hotel management. I have stayed in many hotels in Chennai like Marriot, Lê Méridien and Taj Conemera but Residency Tower have surpassed all other hotels with their amazing service. For all my next visits I will only select to stay with Residency Tower. Keep up the great effort and awesome services. See you back in August.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. This is my second stay here and I cannot recommend this place enough. Loved the buffet breakfast which had a wonderful spread, and the room was very comfortable.

1st, i commend the staff coz they are very courteous, warm, helpful and welcoming. From the security at front to the front desk, restaurant staff who brought my food to the room and drivers, thank you 🙏🏼. 2nd, the room is clean and spacious and the amenities are complete which is very good since not all hotels are providing in general. 3rd, I arrived an hour early than the check in time. And i was so exhausted, good thing the check in process was so smooth and fast. In my very short stay, I highly recommend this hotel 💯 %👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 If i will visit chennai again, i will stay at same hotel for sure.

Breakfast was good - wide range and the staff were friendly. Gym - good size, set up well. It is shame that the Swimming and Sun Bathing areas were not open; we were told that they were undergoing repairs. Rooftop Restaraunt - amazing views and good food

Very attractive foyer and room well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Taxi from aiport and subsequently for a short city tour were well managed, friendly driver. Fast lift!
